Once HMRC issue you a UTR, it stays with you forever. If you can't find it anywhere, you can see it on your HMRC personal tax account.

If you have an account you can log in via GOV.UK Verify or Government Gateway. Government Gateway will ask for passport and your P60 details.
If you have any issues with using the Government Gateway, we recommend using GOV.UK Verify (specifically the Digidentity option) which just takes about 5 mins to set up the first time around.
When you login it should look something like the page below. Your UTR number would be where the black box is in the picture:
